All my workouts are Low Impact, and under 30mins. Workouts focus on building strength, improving mobility and balance.
When you sign up for the Workout Buddies Program, you will get an email with a link to the Workout Buddies private Facebook Group + a link to book a call with me!
We will talk about your goals, your barriers, and create a fitness strategy that works for you. We will really get a chance to connect on a human level, and deep down isn’t that what we all really need!
You will be able to workout whenever it is convenient for you following my Low Impact Home Workout Videos and connect with me when you need to make sure that you are staying on track.
I will help you work through whatever barriers are holding you back and implement habits that will help you on your way.
Then every month, or when you finish one program, I will reset it with a new program for you, to keep you always moving forward!
