Seated Upper Body Sun Salutations
Join me today for some upper body seated yoga. We are going to be doing some sun salutations with a heavy focus on breathing, forward folds, and full upper body movements.
Hopefully, you can find a comfortable sitting position with your feet planted on the ground and ready to brace you as you fold forward, or have a chair/wall in front of you for support.
