Seated Upper Body Warmup

This video is a quick warm-up that you can do before you workout or just before you start your day. It focuses stretches on your shoulders, neck, and back, but we never forget the wrists and hands 😉

This warm-up can be done sitting in a chair, on the side of your bed, or on the couch, wherever you are comfortable. move slowly and remember to only do what feels good. Know and listen to your body’s limits!
