Strengthen Your Core for Better Posture With Resistance Bands

Join me today for an awesome 15 min Core Strength Workout for Better Posture. Working on building a strong core should always be the first step on your fitness journey. Most people think of the core as just your abs but your core consists of all the muscle in the trunk of your body. This includes the chest, back, and hip muscles, as well as the abs. To add a little resistance, we will be using a resistance band. I have a mini band that comes in a loop, but you can improvise with other types!
