With Resistance Bands

This is an upper-body strength workout with resistance bands, that is focused up the shoulder + Chest Muscles. I will be using a longer thera-band for this workout, but you can use any band you have. I will be sitting on the ground, but you can sit or stand, wherever it is most comfortable for you.
